Good Neighbor Vet Furry FunPlanner Report for 1-19-17

Spot’s Editor and Publisher Jennifer McCammon gives the Good Neighbor Vet Furry Fun Planner Report, on KPSU Radio’s Fathers, Mothers and Families show with Jim Whinston.

After a crazy weather week, take the time to get out and about at some pet happenings.  Highlights include a Happy Hour at The Filling Station Pet Supplies, Meowvie Night at Purrington’s Cat Lounge, Meet & Sniff at Sellwood Pet Supply with adoptables from Underdog Railroad Rescue, and a winter doggie fitness class and pawty with Sit Stay Fit, a benefit for Family Dogs New Life Shelter.

Volunteering is a wonderful experience that not only helps animals in need but is a great way to learn new skills.  Clackamas County Dog Services and Multnomah County Animal Services have volunteer orientations on Wednesday night in the coming week.

Listen to the broadcast every Thursday evening at 98.1 FM at 6:05 pm or online at KPSU.org

As always, you can learn more about these and other happenings on our events page at SpotMagazine.net!
